Are you equal parts brand manager and sales/marketing strategist? Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to manage marketing, promotional and advertising strategies for residential and commercial building products. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of short and long-term marketing strategies, branding objectives and tactics to position the business as an innovator and industry leader.

This person should be adept at working within a team environment and equally comfortable working independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must, as this role is tasked with interfacing and managing projects with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Candidate will be required to provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external partners. This person will manage the coordination of multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

• First and foremost, you are the product commercialization champion for your brands.
• Orchestrate the creation and delivery of all collateral, to include catalogues, product presentations, sell sheets, press releases, advertisements, promotional literature, and digital marketing tools to successfully launch products and programs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Sales, Channel, Operations, Purchasing, Business Analytics, and Business Development to develop strategic partnership activities, implement the execution framework and strategic plan.

• Create digital strategies for customer acquisition and retention, while partnering with the sales team to communicate, align and execute upon customer engagement opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for changes to marketing and business development strategies to combat competitive threats & grow market share.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through collaboration with channel & product marketing.

• Utilize strong analytics to develop KPIS and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

• Build B2B & B2C communication plan for digital enhancements and channel deployment plan.

• Actively plan and participate in events to support the brands and products.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Platform familiarity desired in: Salesforce, Workfront or other project management system, SAP, Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Survey Monkey, and Engagement Studio.
