A Mixed use commercial building is seeking a self motivated individuals to handle all day-to-day maintenance at their property located in Lakewood.

This is a direct-hire role can be either 40 hours per week with some weekend availabitly or live-in with free apartment rental.

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Primary Job Duties:

• Building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, cleaning
• Ensure every part of the building is compliant with safety standards and city regulations
• Oversee a staff of 3-4
• Interacting with tenants

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in building maintenance
• HVAC and boiler knowledge a strong plus
• Must be available for on call emergencies
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
