Daybreak Treatment Center is dedicated to providing quality integrated, community-based outpatient care to individuals with mental health and addiction issues, as well as Co-occurring disorders. We are committed to helping clients achieve whole-person wellness and recovery through individual and group counseling, education, and psychiatric services. We operate in a therapeutic, comforting and warm environment where client safety and respect are most important.

We are seeking a FT Maintenance Staff to work Monday through Friday to be responsible for 2 locations: West Berlin and Atco.

Responsibilities:

• performing floor care functions including sweeping; vacuuming, and washing as needed
• cleaning common areas (inside building and outside grounds) according to schedule and procedure
• cleaning bathrooms
• cleaning and dusting windows
• trash collection
• changing filters according to schedule and procedure
• light repairs as needed, including but not limited to unclogging sinks/toilets and building office furniture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to move continuously during work hours and lift and/or carry 25 pounds
• Possess good time management and organizational skills
• Show compassion for clients and staff
• Demonstrate ability to be team-oriented
• Able to maintain confidentiality

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
