We are Seeking a Business Analyst for one of our clients, who Supports run/sustainment activities for the OneTrust platform in support of Privacy/Compliance. Translates high level business needs into functional solutions. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.

Position: Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management IS or related fields; or equivalent relevant professional experience

• 2+ years of IT experience performing business analysis

• 2+ years of experience identifying gaps, risks, and impact for solution recommendations

• Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills able to identify flexible and forward thinking IT solutions

• Experience using Jira and Confluence to ensure that all issues are recorded and comply with the issue management process

• Experience analyzing data and business metrics

• Proficient using Microsoft Office, Python, Rest APIs

• Excellent written and oral communications – ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, both business and IT

• Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment

• Experience creating monthly and weekly reports

Responsibilities:

• Day to day run/support and primary escalation point for the incidents and service requests

• Manage the change requests and facilitate approvals in ServiceNow for prod deployment

• Track Individual Rights Requests (IRR), enhancements, defects, and requests in JIRA

• Integration jobs regular monitoring and vendor coordination for issues triage

• Manage the existing IRR brand workflows and implement the changes

• Regular data analysis and ad-hoc reports to ensure compliance

• Frequent collaboration with OT TAM to track key issues, changes, RCAs, etc.

• OneTrust new releases/upgrades - review, documentation, testing, monitoring, issue fixes, etc.

• User access management, reviews, audits, etc.

• Process vendor invoices (change orders, renewal, Agile1, etc.)
