Role: Business Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL* (Onsite)*

Term: Fulltime

Technical Skills:

BA experience is required with technical skills

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis Skill should be exceptional.

• High analytical skills to understand the business requirements and the technical landscape.

• Exceptional Documentation skills. Should be able to create high standard documents to present to customer and explain to development team.

• Very Good Interpersonal Skill, should be able to connect with customer and various other stakeholders.

• Should be agile and adaptive to the requirements changes.

• Creates acceptance criteria that is clear, concise and actionable

• Works with Product Owners to ensure that business requirements are translated into accurate, actionable user stories/ Business requirement documents

• Contributes to overall definition of strategy and scope, including working with business stakeholders to understand ‘why’ we are working on something before development begins

• Analyzes data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives and delivering the most business value

• Identifies opportunities for improvement across product, process and team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ability to understand, communicate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and interactions

2. Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills

3. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Backlog Management

• Ensuring that goals, scope and product domain etc. are understood by every member in the Scrum Team properly

• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.

• Removes project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance

• Helps the development team to create high-value products

• Leads and coaches the organization in successful Scrum adoption

• Facilitating meetings for the team. This includes, preparing, moderation & postprocessing

• Holding status and governance calls

• Mediating through conflicts in a proactive and self-driven way

• Mediating the general conflict of goals between team and providing feedback to the team

• Deliver defects as per agreed plan

• Keeping in touch with every stakeholder regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $54,222.64 - $118,852.02 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
