Job Description: The Business Analyst works closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to create technical requirements for rich features and functionality to support our CRXIS platforms. The business analyst is organized, values research, great at facilitation, problem-solving and bringing the right skill sets together to ensure we have aligned requirements to enhance our user experience across our platforms. Translating business strategy into feature/project requirements is a specialty of this team. Works closely with the development teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria are aligned. Facilitates requirement conversations with Development teams. Completes final QA approval/testing prior to release.

Working Conditions: Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with weekend and evening hours as required during releases. Work from home.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of business analyst experience within healthcare industry
• Experience working with the Azure DevOps platform
• Experience supplying requirements for initiatives of varying size and complexity
• Experience working with agile delivery methodologies
• Experience completing basic wireframing
• Experience with healthcare 5010 transactions sets a plus
• Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps
• Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keep the users & business need at top of mind
• Team player who continuously innovates to achieve remarkable results
• Excellent customer service and customer relations skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of staff and clients
• Capable of working under time restraints to meet goals

Job Tasks:

• Create functional business requirements that balance the user need, the business need, and the development roadmap for initiatives of varying size and complexity
• Coordinate, meet, and facilitate meaning discussion with business users and stakeholders to gather information necessary to complete requirements
• Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
• Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with product manager
• Groom requirements with development team to ensure their understanding and work with them during the development process to answer questions, provide clarification, or additional information needed to complete development on time and within estimates.
• Complete UAT testing both during both pre-deployment as well as post deployment. Engaging business users as required to complete production testing
• Document and enter any bugs found during testing
• Assist the Product Manager in backlog grooming
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate findings and conduct root cause analysis
