DH Pace Company, Inc is seeking to hire a Business Analyst in our Olathe, KS office! You will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operations of the organization. As a Business Analyst Support Representative, you will work with all 50+ DH Pace locations nationwide! You'll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with Area Managers, Regional Managers, Corporate Teams, and additional Sr. Leaders across the organization.

Position Overview:
- Generating, creating, and issuing reports regarding sales, administration, and operations for DH Pace locations throughout the country
- Call audits/tracking
- Surveys
- Perform administrative and office support activities for the department/division.
- Collaborate with Area Management, Regional Management, and other Sr. Leaders regarding initiatives
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred and two (2) to four (4) years administrative office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Computer proficient
- Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills and high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience/Proficiency with ERP systems, SharePoint, Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data sorting, etc) is a must!
