OnesourcePCS, LLC is looking for a full time Business Analyst – Non-Technical to support the NIGC Division of Technology (DoT) in Washington, DC.

Work Schedule

• Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays

Job Specific Duties

• Analyzes business processes and develops solutions to improve processes.
• Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements.
• Provides recommendations and supports transitioning of legacy or inefficient business processes.
• Identifies and analyzes industry or geographic trends to understand business strategy implications.
• Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
• Coordinates meetings between multiple project teams to collect and ensure requirements are understood by business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in business management or relevant discipline

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3 years performing business process and systems analysis

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Must have the ability to analyze and document business processes and requirements
• Must be able to effectively communicate concepts and proposed solutions
