Admiral Security Services, Inc. is looking for a strong Business Development Assistant that will help with marketing, public relations, general administration, CRM system [Zendesk Sell] and sales. This person will work directly with our Vice President and assist in all activities and administrative needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning for Trade Show events

  • Updating Client Meetings & communication exchange

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor all new EXPO Contacts

  • Sending out high volume Holiday Marketing emails

  • Other duties as assigned


Job Type:
Part time hours (Flexible)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2-3 Days

Shift: 10:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m.

Work Location: North Arlington, NJ (In Feb. 2022 will be relocated to Lyndhurst, NJ)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 (Depending on experience)

PAID ORIENTATION TRAINING

Education: Some College, great job for a College Student.

Qualifications:

  • Business Development experience is preferred, but not required

  • Must be very organized with attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Apple MacOS

  • Must have good communication skills, positive attitude, team player and patient
