We’re searching for an enthusiastic Business Development Rep to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong people skills while speaking to possible sales leads on the phone. Our ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic and love talking to people. $40,000-$50,000 (DOE) + Commission + Paid Time Off

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 DOE + Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads

  • This is a position that requires spending time on both the phone as well as a computer
  • Update the customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team


Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases

  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented
  • A professional on the phone with the ability to build a strong rapport with new people for facilitating sales
  • Technology skills, and organization, are a plus
  • Oriented toward personal and professional development
  • Organized, manages time effectively, and performs follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Passionate about connecting people in need with helpful services and solutions
  • Independent and self-motivated to take extreme ownership of the role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
