Job Summary: Internet Sales Associates and Business Development Representatives offer customer support in order to boost sales. Coordinators respond to Internet-generated sales leads, qualify clients, and arrange appointments or follow-ups via e-mail or mobile. They check consumer records on databases by collecting statistics as well as operating next to and adjacent to the direct salesperson(s).

Leith Automotive Group has openings for several full-time Internet Sales Coordinators in our growing department in Raleigh. Applicant must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and a strong work ethic. Duties will include answering incoming internet leads by email, phone, and text, and scheduling appointments. Forty hour work week, must be available to work each day of the week in a rotating flexible schedule. Closed on Sundays. Computer skills and excellent phone skills required. Automotive knowledge not required.

Internet Sales Associate Compensation and Benefits:

Internet Sales Coordinator (Business Development Representative) Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Handle inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Contact existing customer base to reengage clients proactively
- Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize internal systems to accurately log and report follow up and contact correspondence
Internet Sales Associate Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and work both individually and as a team.
- Previous experience in a BDC is a plus but not required.
- Ability to hit key performance indicators and closing percentages
- Some weekend availability required.
