Responsibilities of the Business Office Manager:
- Processes the community's payroll and administrative functions accurately and timely.
- Develops and maintains a professional rapport with all personnel, residents, and family members within the community.
- Conducts new hire orientation and maintains employee personnel files and recordkeeping in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards.
- Provides HR support to the community.
- Performs financial recordkeeping such as recording payments received, processing purchase orders, collecting invoices/receipts, and making bank deposits.
- Monitors and collects outstanding accounts. Determines when accounts are delinquent and advises Executive Director.
- Maintains confidentiality of payroll, personnel, and resident information.
- Attends in-service training classes, and other meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in payroll and HR required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and general office equipment.
- Positive and team oriented collaborative spirit.
- Compassion for the elderly and commitment to hospitality and service.
- Memory Care and Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to pass background check. The successful candidate will be authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is required.
