We are looking for a highly professional and personable Business Systems Analyst to join our WSB Technology Team. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the Bank’s core data reporting, document imaging and application support. This customer focused individual will also partner with departments to compile, analyze, and organize information through our data warehouse and reporting systems. In addition, they will be the department's liaison for all customer and management reporting and troubleshooting needs and assist with special projects as necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary system administrator for data warehouse applications across multiple databases.
  • Create and maintain standards within the data warehouse application to provide bank-wide reporting continuity. Perform routine quality assurance testing on the data warehouse.
  • Responsible for distributing regularly scheduled reports, continuously reviewing data results' effectiveness and usability, and recommending and executing appropriate changes as necessary. Ensure optimal data results are achieved.
  • Provide advanced-level data warehouse application support to end users and timely ongoing support as it relates to the application through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Provide support and maintenance for the bank's document imaging solution (Nautilus).
  • Develop, manage and maintain workflows and ensure access and indexing are streamlined and effective for both initial use and research purposes.
  • Manage the documentation and workflow for the configuration of bank-wide applications.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or computer science with a minimum of three (s) years of experience in bank operations/systems, data analytics.
  • Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, and other business reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of computer technologies, including Microsoft Office applications, data warehouse tools and other programs.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Effective writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, ability to interpret results to identify trends.
  • Be an independent and creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong professional relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Fiserv Cleartouch and Nautilus Imaging (preferred).
  • Ability to work Saturdays during Bank business hours on a rotation basis.

This individual must be enthusiastic, customer focused with an attention to detail, and enjoy working with people with all levels of technology knowledge and experience.
