The Challenge:

This role will be solely responsible for all categories within Billabong Men’s for our retail locations across the US and Canada. You will drive product assortment across all stores, work with the stores to curate perfected assortment based on each region/store need, and be the voice for retail with the brand leaders.

The Reward:

This person will be instrumental and proactive in helping the business to achieve sales goals through product/inventory management and cross-functional partnerships with marketing and onsite merchandising. In partnership with the retail fleet this role will help develop and execute strategies to maximize growth and minimize risk

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience buying soft goods
• Strong retail math skill
• The ability to analyze and generate accurate sales, turn, and margin reports
• The ability to evaluate selling and reporting weekly/monthly to leadership
• Collaborate with Brand specific marketing teams to develop POP and Window Signage
• Execute assortment plans to meet seasonal sales and margin targets
• OTB and Inventory Management
• Industry knowledge is a huge plus
• Excellent organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
