Call Center Disability Scheduler- Starting Pay-$16.00/HR
Job description
The IMA Group is looking for schedulers for medical exam appointments in our Albany call center.
Accurate and timely scheduling of medical and psychologoical exam appointments while balancing outgoing and incoming calls.
Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to-
- Learn and follow all scheduling procedures to efficiently and accurately schedule medical and psychological exam appointments.
- Balance outgoing assignment calls and incoming calls routed via call distribution.
- Schedule and reschedule disability appointments per individual client protocol.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with co workers and clients.
- Observe and uphold a standard of confidentiality regarding the personal information and protected health information of clients.
- Encourage and perpetuate a culture of TEAMWORK, safety, and respect for everyone.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as required.

EDUCATION
Required- High school diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
Required- One year clerical and telephone experience
Proficiency with computer hardware and software
Preferred- bilingual Spanish
Call Center experience
