We are looking for a Call Center Appointment Scheduler to join our team! As a Call Center Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and scheduling appointments. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your positive attitude and helpfulness will make a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls in a timely manner
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to customer needs and concerns
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide customers with accurate and helpful information
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Escalate issues to management as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to use appointment scheduling software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
