Responsibilities Direct Care Staff/Caregiver:
· Provide teaching and guidance for individuals during life skills building activities
· Develop and implement individual treatment schedules for residents
· Assist with daily activities, preparing meals, light housekeeping and assisting with personal care
· Develop a rapport with residents, creating meaningful and supportive relationships
Requirements for Direct Care Staff/Caregiver:
· Successfully complete and pass a background check
· Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
· Must be 18 years old or older
· Must be able to read at a high school level
· Able to lift 50 pounds
· Be willing to teach and help others
