The Cove at Marsh Landing is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Jacksonville, Florida. Our community offers a unique assisted living experiences, exquisite cuisine prepared daily by the chef, a wide variety of zestful activities and personalized heartful care from our compassionate and respectful staff.
We are seeking a Caregiver that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.
In the role of a Caregiver, you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The Caregiver will attend to all the daily living needs of residents; assistance with ADL’s, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence; ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.

Schedule for Caregiver Position: 8 hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
Rate of pay: Starting at $13.50 per hour, depending on experience as a Caregiver. Competitive shift differential for evenings and overnight shifts.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
