Sandstone Senior Living is an award-winning assisted living home in Spearfish. We provide a home to 32 residents in assisted living, and also have 14 independent living townhomes.

Wage is based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Supports resident needs
• Assists with activities of daily living
• Administer medication as needed
• Provides compassionate and kindness and interacts with residents to provide companionship

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Technical Skills: Must have the ability to complete forms and record. Ability to understand federal and state regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Able to work independently. Other qualifications/certificate/license: PC Competencies: Basic computer skills preferred. Knowledge of electronic mail and Windows environment. Lifting Requirements includes Heavy work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements exceed those for medium work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
