Right at Home is looking for a kind, compassionate, and reliable Caregiver Lead to join our dynamic team to make a difference within the senior community!

The Caregiver Lead must have the flexibility to cover shifts throughout San Diego County as needed to support client care and other Caregivers/Home Care Aides in the field.

Caregiver Lead Responsibilities:

• Caring for senior community and/or others in need.
• Light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and running errands, companionship and assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Other Caregiver tasks as needed

Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver/Home Care Aide in homes or facilities, preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
