- We provide proper training and protective equipment to limit your exposure to COVID….PLUS….by working in-home care, your exposure is already GREATLY limited and it’s our policy to do our best to limit you to know more than 1 to 2 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLS like Bathing and dressing and Preparing nutritious meals for them so their body can heal and so that they can have the energy they need to get through the day, and medication reminders, errands
- Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
- Ensure client safety and well-being.
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Document and report any changes in client’s health status
- Assisting them with other mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health, reduce the risk of falls, etc.
PAY:
$12-$14 depending on the level of care for each client
What we need from you:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to get to and from each specific case you are assigned to
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
- Must be caring and compassionate to ALL clients and staff
Job Types: PRN, Part time
Shifts- 8AM-1PM and 2-6PM
Location: Lincolnton, NC
