About Your Role as Case Manager:
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties associated with the IBHS treatment process
  • Act as the coordinative link between operational personnel, Behavioral Specialist Consultants (BSC)/Mobile Therapists (MT), Behavior Health Technician (BHT) workers, the client, and their family or guardian
  • Duties are performed in conjunction with established regulatory and corporate policies
  • Provide administrative supervision to BSC, MT, and Therapeutic Staff Support.
  • Report directly to the assigned Regional Director



Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of direct experience working with children and/or their families is preferred
  • Master’s degree in the appropriate area with one year of direct experience with children and/or their families is preferred
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities cited above



Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Previous case management experience


Additional Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Language skills
    • Read, analyze, and interpret documents
    • Respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
    • Effectively communicate with all employees, parents/guardians, and school/agency officials both verbally and in writing
  • Mathematical skills
    • Understand and apply general math skills.
  • Reasoning ability skills
    • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Computer skills
    • Possess the ability and understanding in operating a computer
    • Knowledge of how to use email communications,
    • Knowledge of how to open Word and Excel attachments
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality associated with clients and their files
  • FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances
  • Minimal travel on an as needed basis
  • Work effectively with others
  • Work as part of a team to insure attaining of client, corporate goals, and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Work in an organized and efficient manner
