Job description
Seeking experienced meat prep cook to join our commissary team. Our central kitchen prepares product for our 4 restaurants and delivers 3 times per week. Product includes chicken, beef, and lamb; tasks include cutting, grinding, marinating, and mixing product according to standardized recipes. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs alone or up to 80 lbs team lifting, and stand for the majority of the shift.
For individuals with a clean driving record and who are comfortable operating a truck the size of medium U-Haul on the highway, cross-training as a delivery driver may increase compensation opportunity.
Typical hours 8-6 five days per week with Sundays guaranteed off
