Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Central Operations Director to join our team!

As the Central Operations Director you will be leading a dedicated team on a variety of technical projects and quality assurance within our pharmacy. By building relationships with the customers and within the team, you will have the ability to improve systems, program performance and workflows.

In addition, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and lead various centralized departments and processes within the pharmacy including the Contact Center, After-Hours Pharmacy, Pharmacy Transitions, Order Management, Audits/Defects/Quality Improvement, and Incident and Emergency Management programs
• Review financial statements and data.
• Utilize financial data to improve efficiency.
• Recommend effective strategies for value creation and return on investment.
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.

• Ability to manage technical and operational systems that manage performance and the customer experience.
• Proficient in multi-channel customer communications including calls with live agents, IVR and chat.
• Read and interpret the operational reports to improve workflow automations and processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills both among the team and the customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a work environment of diverse people and programs.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (or ability to obtain within one year of employment)
