Certified Nursing Assistant (Part/Full Time) for all shifts

Experience based hourly rates: $17.50 and up, plus differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities:

• Providing quality care while helping our residents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and current CT state certification required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant with current Connecticut State certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years old
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and assist in lifting and transferring residents, as needed.
• Ability to feed, bathe and dress residents.
• Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must be able to lift, push/pull at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Must follow the facilities and the organizations policies and procedures.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility.
