We are taking out therapy department In-House to better serve our patients and residents. Reasonable and achievable productivity standards and a positive and cohesive therapy team: That is Brookside Skilled Nursing Care Center. We are looking to fill our open Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA position for PRN employment.

The ideal Therapy staff candidates would be California licensed in good standing, familiar with Optima/Nethealth software, able to manage time efficiently and effectively, resourceful, a problem-solver with positive professional demeanor, have a proactive attitude and work-style, able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and high level of customer service.

• - Very easy going Administrator, DON and staff

As an in-house rehab team member, you will be an employee of the facility and as such, you will be able to attend all facility events, trainings and any other unified tasks directed by the facility administration. This will create a "One Team, One Goal" mentality for all facility staff, including the therapy team, regardless of their duties and all other involved parties.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
