Bear Valley Veterinary Care Center in Denver is an established, AAHA-Accredited small animal veterinary practice that is committed to providing the best possible care and service to our pet patients and their people while maintaining a positive, rewarding work environment for our team. We’re seeking a motivated, certified vet tech to join us in helping the animals of Denver.

• Currently or eligible to be licensed in the state of Colorado
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Our Technicians run the show in exams, surgery and the treatment area
• Run anesthetic and sedated procedures
• Perform dental cleanings, radiographs and charting
• Assist Vets in surgical procedures
• Perform diagnostic imaging
• Venipuncture, I.V. Catheter Placement
• Run In-House Idexx diagnostic blood profiles as well as microscopic evaluations on a variety of samples
• Client Education
• Administer injectable, topical and oral treatments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Denver, CO 80227: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
