What You'll Do:

• Use machinery to chamfer steel pieces
• Use gauges or steel nuts to non-destructively examine product before releasing work order
• Set up and operate cut threader on a variety of steel studs
• Document daily activities on production ticket
• Read and interpret conditions defined in reference manuals to perform repairs
• Perform machine maintenance and repairs as required using hand tools

• Saw Operators
• Cut Thread Operators
• Reports to Distribution Manager

How You'll Spend Your Time:

• Chamfering studs that have been cut (50%)
• Stamping studs that have been cut (50%)

What is required?

• 0 to 1 year of experience for a Level 1 hire
• 2 years of experience for a Level 2 hire
• Basic computer skills for any Level hire

What is preferred?

• Bolt and fasteners experience
• Ability to use a tape measure
• Ability to read industry and company product specifications

Hourly Pay: Depending on experience
