Yoshiharu Ramen Corona is not opened yet, so we will provide paid training at Eastvale location.

WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED KITCHEN STAFF!

We are a chain of full-service Japanese Ramen restaurants and we are eager to receive applications from those with or without experience as a cook or chef.

Pay rate

• $16.00 - $26.00 Hourly depending on experience and with gratuity included.

Cooks split tips evenly with servers.

We will provide paid training, and an opportunity to earn full tip for those who successfully complete the training period.

Basic benefits include free meal (depending on work hours) and employee discount.

We are growing fast, and we also hope to hire those who can grow with us, with an added opportunity to work extra hours or become promoted at different locations.

COVID-19 considerations:

We provide our staff with daily supply of facial mask, face shield, gloves, sanitizer, disinfectant, etc. Also, on top of on-site cleaning duties, deep cleaning and disinfectant spraying services are provided periodically by outside professionals.

Cook Job Summary

Main Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):

• Follow the recipe and prepare dishes
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
