Role: Catering and Events Team Member

Overview: When we take Chick-fil-A into the community we bring terrific people to the event to serve the guests with the same style of hospitality that we do at our restaurant. Events go strong from Spring to fall. Some are indoors and some are outdoors. We take our food trailer to an event and sell sandwiches and such on-site. All cooking is done back at the restaurant (this is not a "cooking" food truck) so it is much like working a concession stand at a county fair or inside at an athletic tournament.

Who? This is ideal for a college student on Summer Break or adults who wish to make extra money during the Spring & Summer.

Hours: Most events are in the evenings.

Experience Required:

• Customer service experience - you've got experience serving the public.

Skills Required:

• trustworthy
• excellent guest interaction and service skills including diplomatic problem resolution
• professionalism in demeanor, presentation, actions and words
• good interpersonal skills with guests and Chick-fil-A team members
• strong verbal communication skills and style
• ability to stay organized
• initiative
