This position does require licensure as a LCSW,LPC,LMFT, and/or RN. The Child and Family Program Manager will facilitate and supervise the development and implementation of mental health service for individuals and families, along with helping to provide clinical and administrative supervision for supervisors and direct support staff.

OVERVIEW OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Supervise counselors overseeing their day-to-day activities.
  • Oversight of program expenediture and contracts ensuring goals are met and appropriate documentation in place.
  • Provide culturally appropriate clinical consultation to enhance care of Native American/Alaska Native individuals.
  • Develop protocols for communication, referral, consultation, documentation, data collection and report writing.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings. Participate in agency and interagency meetings.
  • Develop,implement and promote culturally appropriate mental health treatment for Native Americans/Alaska Natives that are dually diagnosed.
  • Provide consultation in crises and on-call services as needed.
  • Contribute as a member of the Mental Health/Alcohol Drug Teams.
  • Documented successful program development, direct care and supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in Social Work Psychology or Counseling.
  • QMHP required.
  • Licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN required
  • Five years of supervisory experience - supervising supervisors/managers
  • Ability to set professional boundaries with clients, the community and staff members.
  • Experience working with Native American/Alaska Native community a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
