YOUR LIFE AS AN CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT / INTAKE SPECIALIST
This entry-level office job has a typical schedule of 8:30 am to 7:00 pm on Monday and 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesday through Thursday.
As a Chiropractic Assistant / Intake Specialist, you are the friendly face of our practice! You warmly greet clients as you competently schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and process payment transactions. When conducting phone calls or sending emails, you always communicate clearly and professionally. Detail-oriented and efficient, you perform various admin tasks such as checking health insurance benefits, creating invoices, and updating patient files. Thanks to your keen organizational talents, our office runs seamlessly!
Staff members appreciate your positive, flexible nature and your willingness to learn new things. You're pleased that your additional training has advanced your skillset and equipped you with the knowledge to conduct initial consultations and health assessments for patients. You enjoy interacting with our clients each day, and you feel great knowing that you play an important role in the success of our practice!
