Front desk /Rehab assistant needed for our busy specialty practice and Chiropractic Assistant
Assist in Rehabilitation protocols with Chiropractic Biophysics and scribe during evaluations
also learn front desk procedures for a growing office.
Greet patients and assist them with completing new patient paperwork
Handles new patient referrals, gathers necessary information, enters the patient information into the system and schedules/reschedules appointments.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Answers phone calls, takes messages, routes calls and messages to the appropriate departments
Team player, able to work with office staff
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Assist Chiropractor with Rehabilitation and traction protocols.
Qualified Applicants Will Possess:

**Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
**Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task
**Detail-oriented

**Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required
Job Type: Part-time 20+ hours a week. Flexible hours split schedule morning and late afternoon!

Medical Experience preferred but not required.
* Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
* Have strong phone and computer skills.
* Have at least one year of previous Sales Experience.
* Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics
* Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
* Educate Patients on wellness offerings and services
* Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories
* Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients.
* Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing excellent services to members and patients.
* Greeting members and patients upon arrival. Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor.
* Answering phone calls.
* Re-engaging inactive members.
* Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
* Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
* Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
* Office management or marketing experience a plus!
* Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Cleaning area after every use, ionizing ozone cleaning air. If anyone is positive tests asked to stay at home for 10 days. Same goes for office staff.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
