Class A drivers with 6 months experience run dedicated Lease Purchase with weekly net take home of $1685-$2400/WK.

NOTE: This is 100% touch freight – drivers are delivering product into stores with rolltainers. Driver does not have to wait for anyone in store to finish unloading so drivers that hustle make more money

Drivers are paid $1.25+FSC (currently .66CPM), $25/Stop and $120/Trailer

• Operating in IA, IN, IL, MN, ND, SD, and WI.-all operating within 350 miles of Janesville, WI

• Not accepting IL Drivers

Trucks are Freightliner Cascadias with average age of truck 2015-2019. Lease term is based on mileage of truck and older trucks have lower buyout at end of least term. Term anywhere from 3-4 years if not sooner if driver pays down on truck.

Qualifications:

• 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 36 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• Can never have failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test-not taking SAP drivers
• No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
• No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
• For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months

• Max number of jobs based on experience:
• 6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months
• 12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months
• 24+ no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months
