Class A drivers with at least 6 months verifiable experience run dedicated account on lease purchase that is no money down, no credit check and you will own the truck in 4 years

• Drivers paid $1.44 + FSC (currently $.60CPM) and $300 Unload Pay

• This is 100% touch freight and is manual. Drivers will be putting boxes on conveyer belt – driver is NOT responsible for stacking or doing inventory on boxes

• Drivers are home weekly and will run PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, (no NYC)

• Trucks are 2015-2016 Freightliner Cascadias and monthly payment is based on miles. Total out of pocket (including insurance, truck payment, etc) is $775-$875 plus .04CPM for escrow and .09CPM for Maintenance

• 500,000 power train warranty for all trucks

• Drivers weekly gross is $3900-$4960/WK which gives driver weekly net of $2600-$3400/WK

• Drivers can have a pet and rider first day after training.

• Drivers are paid $150/Load for training-drivers will train for one week

Qualifications:

• 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 36 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years
• No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
• For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 months
• Max number of jobs based on experience:
• 6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months
• 12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months
• 24+ no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 months

There are drivers who pay down on truck faster and can own in less than 4 years. Because you are running half the miles of an OTR Lease Purchase the truck is in better condition once you are done with your lease
