Paramark is a leading property management company. We are seeking a Part-time Housekeeper.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.
• Complete cleaning requests or tasks in a timely manner.
• Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and outside of buildings and grounds are well maintained.
• Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance, and that everything is in working condition: Vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
• Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.
• Show respect for all residents at all times.
• Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done - turnover within 3 days of a move-out.
