The purpose of the Patient Service Support Representative is to elevate the University of Colorado patient experience by supporting the functions of the Patient Services team. This position performs various clerical duties.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- processing bankruptcies, demographic updates, itemized statements, attorney requests, and returned mail.
- provide intermittent coverage for reception.
- Prepare forms for Discount Committee processing.
- Handle specialized tasks as assigned by the department Manager and/or Supervisor on an as needed basis.
