We’re actively seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join the Alliances division!

Your efforts will be integral in aligning sponsorship and all other departments together to build Customer Lifetime Value for our partners. In essence, you will be the engine of the team. You are the connective tissue for multiple teams across our organization. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Client Services Coordinator Core Job Responsibilities

Collection of Deliverables

  • Lead the fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables such as HTML-dedicated email, sponsored content and banner ads. This will include communication post-sale to collect deliverables and placement of all deliverables received.
  • Implementation of new procedures surrounding newly added products and programs within AMA’s offerings.

Delivering Programming

  • Reviewing and editing client deliverables for quality and best practices.
  • Building sponsored content across platforms such as WordPress, Rasa, Google Ad Manager, and Cvent.
  • Responsible for managing the Alliances deliverable calendars; this includes information regarding newsletters schedule, webcasts, dedicated emails, sponsored content, virtual events etc.
  • Sending proofs to sponsors and giving best practice advice to ensure audience engagement.
  • Provide administrative support enablement for Alliances team as needed.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Create campaign metrics reports in Microsoft suite, including number of leads generated, clicks, audience engagement, etc. pulled from WordPress, Rasa, Google Ad Manager, Cvent and Google Analytics and provide insights to Customer Success Managers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers in creating monthly, quarterly, and year end reports for top AMA sponsors.

What You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least two years’ experience working in client or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Exposure to CRM (Salesforce highly preferred)
  • Exposure to Project Management platforms (we use Asana!)
