Seeking an exciting individual to assist our clients and clients customers with request and order support. This is not a call center or inside sales position. We are a small, brand-focused center operating in a flexible, supportive, fast paced and fun-loving environment.

Requires ability to maintain a positive attitude under varied circumstances and an overriding desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Acts as a liaison between our clients and internal teams.
Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative who will mainly provide administrative support to our clients and clients customers.
Functions and Daily Duties:
- Receive orders, provide the order information and freight quotations to clients
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries - address customer questions and concerns
- Learn and operate within 3PL Central, our Warehouse Management System to track orders, manage inventory, solve problems, and provide key data to clients
- Communicate with customers to provide accurate account information, including the status of orders, inventory, and other routine inquiries
- Other customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Applying problem solving techniques and project management methods to maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to communicate with customers, staff, supervisor, other department managers and company employees in a clear and concise manner.
- Resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information, and develop solutions.
- Manage customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs and meet SLA commitments.
- Present business and financial implications of options.
- Ability to have difficult conversations regarding overcoming obstacles.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, strong work ethic and high energy level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- At least two years related experience in customer service and administrative support.
- Must be able to pass logic test and Background Check
