Rove Staffing is actively hiring ICU or IMC Clinical Manager in Las Vegas, NV with work starting in 2 weeks.Direct Hire: $99,985.60 - $154,980.80 Annually based on experience

Education/Experience:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and five (5) years of critical care clinical nursing experience, two (2) years of which were in a supervisory role or four (4) years of which were in a nursing lead role and will be required to attend hospital management, training class.
Licensing/Certification Requirements:
Valid license from the State of Nevada to Practice as a Registered Nurse, and; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Some positions may require one or more of the following: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; Trauma Nurse Core Certification (TNCC); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP); additional certification in a Specialty Area.
Additional and/or Preferred Position Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent supervisory experience managing a critical care unit at a similar facility
- Minimum of two (2) years of ICU or IMC nursing experience.
- Prior experience supervising a minimum of 70 FTE's.
