Laguna Rainbow Nursing Center, a 58-bed pueblo-owned, not-for-profit elderly care community, is located a scenic 35 minutes west from Albuquerque or 20 minutes east of Grants just off I-40. It is one of 18 nursing homes situated in a tribal community, offering culturally responsive care to Native elders.

Currently we are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. We are looking for an organized, dynamic self-starter who thrives on being organized and assisting others. And as this is our residents' home, love and respect for our elders is paramount.

Nurse Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assists with direct patient care under the supervision of the RN/LPN or other medical professionals.

• Provide patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.

• Position, feed, bathe, dress and assist patients with grooming and other tasks.

• Observe patients' conditions, measure and record food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff.

• Perform and document rounds of patient receiving medical and/or psychiatric care and report changes in patient condition to the RN/LPN

All employee's must have COVID-19 vaccination up to date.
