Job description

OBJECTIVE: Assists nursing personnel in provision of basic care for residents and necessary unit tasks and functions in compliance with Truecare Nursing Services, and procedures, applicable health care standards.

Facility Type: Psychiatric Hospital

Duration: 17 weeks or 26 weeks

Shifts: 5 8-hour shifts/week + Overtime opportunities

Training: 4 weeks M-F 8am-430pm (40 hours/week)

- $14 hourly (taxed)

- $500 Weekly stipend (untaxed)

Approximate weekly gross = $1060 /40 hours = $26.50/hour

Rates will increase when training is complete.

$16.00 hourly (taxed)

$39 OT/Holiday

$10 extra per hour straight time: Covid Pay (taxed)

$500 Weekly Stipend (untaxed)

$250 Travel Reimbursement (untaxed)

$500 Completion Bonus (taxed)

Approximate weekly gross = $1,140/40 hours = $28.50/hour
