Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be able to properly use measuring tools such as od-id micrometers, calipers, bore gauges
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications
• Willingness to be cross trained on multiple machines across the department.
• Fanuc, Okuma and Haas control experience with good blueprint reading, measuring equipment set-up and use
• Comprehend G and M code
• Ability to safely use an overhead crane
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• 5 years of machining experience is desired or equal combination of education and/or experience.
