Job description

Perform maintenance activities on equipment per task tracking and downtime.

• Complete repair maintenance activities on CNC Lathes/Mills, General Machines and Hobbers/Shapers, robots and automation.
• Participate in problem solving and product teams. Troubleshoot chronic machine and electrical problems.
• Assist with operator training of PM activities.
• Conduct new hire orientation for Maintenance (as designated).
• Housekeeping of tool room area. If capable or directed, wire equipment, do PLC implementation and program management. Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs).
• Comply with all applicable requirements for the Quality and Environmental Systems. Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping-submit to supervisor or HR Box.

Other duties as defined by your supervisor Responsible for scheduling/assigning operators job placement.

• Requirments Highschool diploma 3-5 years of mechanic experience/CNC equipment maintenance.
• Experience with CNC Lathes/Mills/Grinders with Fanuc controls, familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical abilities, electrical/PLC/relays optional, knowledge and use of toolroom equipment.

Shift Times First Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm

Second Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
