Job Description:
Primarily responsible releasing collateral including but not limited to: Real Estate, UCC’s, Vehicle and life insurance. Responsible for conducting due diligence of Bank collateral on the system of record (SOR) to confirm collateral can be released. Responsible to also update SOR and collateral release completion. Responsible for accurate document preparation of lien releases and confirmed approval. This role will require data accuracy and timely completion of collateral process.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of mortgage products, services, and documents
Excellent oral and written communication with customers and clients
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
LoanIQ knowledge
Experience with Credit Center
