Russell Landscape's construction division is growing fast in our Nashville area, and we are in need of experienced landscape install/hardscapes crew members. If you have any kind of Install/hardscape or construction experience, we want to talk to you!

Job Duties and Requirements:

- General experience with working on commercial construction job sites (hard hat, safety vest, long pants, company shirt, ankle-high work boots, gloves, safety glasses)

- General knowledge of reading construction plans (helpful but not required)

- Can assist with hardscape/landscape layout and prep (but not required)

-Ability to operate a skid steer, mini excavator, front end loader, lull or boom loader, small engine equipment, etc.

- Hardscape installation experience on commercial job sites (concrete, pavers, etc.)

- Landscape installation experience on commercial or residential sites is required

- General knowledge of the overall process and flow of landscape construction (hardscape, irrigation, landscape)

- Have OSHA 10 and 30 certificates (not required)

- Ability to communicate with your team, supervisors, subcontractors, and customer

- Posses a valid driver's license (or ID) and dependable source of transportation

- Can pass a background check and drug screening

- Have a positive attitude and willingness to perform physical labor in various types of weather
