Roles & Responsibilities
T Oversee successful completion of all commercial solar projects using K2 products

T Develop PM and Engineering Services as required to be competitive

T Work with Logistics team to ensure delivery expectations are met

T Work with Sales and PD to continually improve current and future products offered.

T Work with Training team to ensure the best commercial project customer experience in the field

T Develop and manage future team to offer competitive commercial racking products and services.

T Point person for all K2 commercial projects

Job Duties
T Take ownership of assigned projects through planning and development

T Produce quality documentation and deliverables for new and existing products

T Own and run commercial project intake process

T Develop commercial engineering services program and collaborate with partners

T Train and develop staff to scale design and project services around customer needs

T Work with Sales team to target commercial EPC’s and collect services VOC

T Work with sales to develop sales strategy and support plan

Knowledge of
T Commercial Solar Design

T Commercial Solar Sales Knowledge Helpful

T Commercial Solar Installation experience preferred

T Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

T Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

T 1-2 years of commercial project management experience preferred

T Proficiency in English required
T Proficiency in Spanish preferred

Ability to
T Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

T Maintain records and prepare reports

T Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others

T Meet schedules and timelines

Desired Skills
T Commercial project management

T Commercial solar design

Physical Demands
T Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking;

T Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching;

T Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing;

T Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations;

T Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds;

T Requires activities involving being at customer sites, construction sites, moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
