POSITION SUMMARY

The Communications Specialist collaborate with internal teams to create and implement brand/marketing and employee communications. Building external and internal awareness and engagement in support of the company vision and goals, ensuring the brand’s voice and brand integrity is across all communications areas. The ideal candidate is a hands-on communications professional with strong project management and writing capabilities.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and drive employee communications that engage and inspire one connected, inclusive global company.
• Work with the Creative Services and Human Resources teams to ideate and bring unique communications opportunities, ensuring organizational initiatives, and company visions and milestones are communicated to employees in an engaging and inspiring manner, driving their engagement in Company initiatives.
• Make recommendations for improvements to internal communications tools based on insights and best practices.
• Responsible for researching and sharing marketing and industry trends with internal teams to enhance their awareness.
• Manage the development of brand and marketing initiatives.
• Print and Digital vehicles will include such items as presentations, brochures, advertisements, and program materials.
• Create dynamic and engaging content for IG’s website and social media (linked in) channel keeping them current with optimal traffic, identifying opportunities for IG to communicate its messages and connect with clients.
• Support marketing vehicles and the communication for critical events such as Luxe Pack. Support includes development and implementation of event materials and communication.
• Partner with Business Development to develop clear project briefs for marketing and branding communication and materials. Works to improve the company’s position in the marketplace.
• Working with the VP to develop annual communication plans that align and advance Infinity Global’s brand and business goals, managing the budgets, timelines, and production implementation through close partnerships with Business Development, Creative Services, and Human Resources.
• Support the development and implementation of processes, tools, and technology to improve operations.
• Responsibilities include pulling images and writing and editing copy. Copywriting in the brands’ tone of voice and maintaining an authentic presence is necessary.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in communications and events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to write and tell compelling stories that ensure audience understanding.
• Be in the know, stay current on the industry, fashion, and design trends.
• Ability to utilize and analyze metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, and strong presentation design skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
