The Community Assistant is responsible for maintaining the lifestyle in regard to the property appearance, resident functions, and property cleanliness. As a Community Assistant, you will support the leasing team in achieving occupancy and retention goals by maintaining the building and community!
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Create memorable impressions and lasting relationships with prospects and residents by delivering outstanding customer service
- Contributes to resident engagement activities and events including newsletters, social events, and educational sessions
- Promotes ROCO and the community as a great place to live and work
- Ensures all policies and community rules are followed by residents. Reports violations or risks to the Property Manager
- Preform clubhouse opening and closing procedures, including light housekeeping
- Participates in on-campus and/or community involvement events
- Must be able to work a rotational on-call and/or weekend shifts
- Performs all other tasks assigned by the Property Manager
Required Skills & Functions
- 6 months+ customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
