Responsible for the development, coordination, and management of community activities, consulting and collaborating with community members. The position is also responsible for developing and maintaining an effective work relationship that is sensitive to the individual differences and diverse population. This position will develop and maintain virtual day program services and monitor and manage program areas as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a recreational area or related human services discipline.
One year experience serving the IDD population.
- Understanding of community development principles and practice and ability to deal with a wide and diverse client group.
- Perform related work as required.
- Valid driver's license.
